Aunque las zeolitas existen desde hace miles de años, la comunidad científica continúa descubriendo su potencial. En países como Cuba, Japón y Estados Unidos se han realizado numerosos estudios que han dado lugar a nuevas aplicaciones de la zeolita natural.

Aún es necesario seguir investigando para comprender mejor su funcionamiento y desarrollar nuevos usos en beneficio de las personas, los animales y el medio ambiente.
